Kapsam

Bu politika, Spotter mobil uygulaması ve letspotter.com için geçerlidir. Spotter bir antrenman arkadaşı eşleşme ürünüdür; reklam ağı veya üçüncü taraf izleme yazılımı kullanmaz.

Toplanan veriler ve amaç

E-posta — hesap oluşturma ve giriş.
İsim, fotoğraf, hakkında yazısı, spor, hedef, program, cinsiyet, yaş — profil ve eşleşme.
Hassas konum — Keşfet’te yakındaki adayları göstermek. Reklam veya profilleme için kullanılmaz.
Sohbet içeriği — eşleşmeler arası mesajlaşma.
Kullanıcı kimliği — hesabı bağlamak.
Bildirim jetonu — beğeni, eşleşme, mesaj ve yakındakiler uyarıları (tercihine göre).

Bu veriler hesaba bağlıdır. Reklam amaçlı izleme yapılmaz.

Altyapı ve üçüncü taraflar

Kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı ve dosya depolama için Supabase kullanılır. İsteğe bağlı giriş: Google. İletim şifreli bağlantı iledir. Apple Uygulama Mağazası dağıtımı Apple’ın kendi gizlilik kurallarına tabidir.

Saklama ve silme

Hesabını sildiğinde profil ve ilişkili içerik kaldırılır (yasal saklama yükümlülüğü yoksa). Destek talepleri hello@letspotter.com üzerinden iletilir.

Güvenlik önlemleri

E-posta doğrulama veya Google hesabı. Erişim kuralları: kullanıcı yalnızca kendi verisini ve eşleşme bağlamındaki sohbeti görür. Engelleme, raporlama ve eşleşmeyi kaldırma uygulama içindedir. İlk buluşmayı kamuya açık yerde yapmanızı öneririz.

Çocuklar

Spotter 18 yaş altı kullanıcılar için değildir.

Scope

This policy covers the Spotter mobile app and letspotter.com. Spotter is a workout-partner matching product. It does not use ad networks or third-party tracking software.

Data we collect and why

Email — account and sign-in.
Name, photos, about text, sports, goals, schedule, gender, age — profile and matching.
Precise location — to show nearby people in Discover. Not used for ads or profiling.
Chat content — messages between matches.
User ID — to attach the account.
Notification token — like, match, message, and nearby alerts (per your preferences).

This data is linked to the account. There is no advertising tracking.

Infrastructure and third parties

Authentication, database, and file storage use Supabase. Optional sign-in: Google. Transit is encrypted. App Store distribution follows Apple’s privacy rules.

Retention and deletion

When you delete your account, the profile and related content are removed unless we must keep records by law. Support: hello@letspotter.com.

Safety

Email verification or a Google account. Access rules: you only see your own data and chat in a match. Block, report, and unmatch are in the app. We suggest public places for the first meetup.

Children

Spotter is not for users under 18.
